On November 13, 2025, at the Cité de Toulouse, ISAE-SUPAERO will be taking part in a first-of-its-kind event, the “Occitanie Talent Marketplace”, which will bring together start-ups from the university world in the Occitanie region and talents & skills wishing to take part in an entrepreneurial adventure.
Promoting multidisciplinarity and the growth of the regional entrepreneurial ecosystem
Organised in partnership with IMT Mines Albi-Carmaux, TBS Education, Toulouse INP-ENSEEIHT, theUniversity of Toulouse, the Pôle Universitaire d’Innovation (UT-PUI), as well as the Occitanie Region and Toulouse Tech Transfer, this event aims to meet the growing recruitment needs of start-ups, while promoting multidisciplinarity and the growth of the regional entrepreneurial ecosystem.
The concept? To provide a unique platform for start-ups incubated in the region’s higher education establishments to meet and recruit talent from other Toulouse schools.
The aim is to match the human resources of higher education institutions with the needs of startups.

- 9.10am – 9.30am: Legal and contractual issues, with Catherine Youssoupov – NUBBO ;
- 9.30am – 9.50am: recruitment processes/skills assessments, with Hervé Simonot, CEO, co-founder – Cabinet Lapérouse;
- 9h50 – 10h10 : how to define your “boardadvisor”- BPI’s recruitment tools (Tandem/ Tango), with Valentin POUX, Innovation Business Manager – Aveyron Lot Tarn Delegation – BPI France;
- 10.10am – 10.30am: “APEC actions and the Start-up shaker programme”, with Corinne SAURAT, Business Consultant, Occitanie Regional Office – APEC;
- 10.30am – 10.50am: HR in startups, with Frank Barrault, Corporate Relations Officer – France Travail.
Programme for the general public
Open from 1pm to 5pm, the Occitanie Talent Marketplace will be an opportunity for the public to find out about local start-up projects and job opportunities.
A lever for innovation and collaboration
The event has a number of strategic objectives for the regional ecosystem:
- Promoting multidisciplinarity among start-ups: By bringing together start-ups with talent from a variety of academic backgrounds, the event encourages a more comprehensive and varied approach to solving entrepreneurial challenges.
- Improving mutual knowledge of skills and talents: Toulouse schools will have the opportunity to gain a better understanding of the expertise and talent available in other establishments, facilitating smoother and more effective collaboration.
- Strengthening the regional roots of start-ups: By promoting links between start-ups and local resources, the Occitanie Talent Marketplace aims to consolidate the position of companies in the economic fabric of the Occitanie region, thereby stimulating growth and innovation.

Entrepreneurship and Innovation at ISAE-SUPAERO“Who wants to be my partner?” at the ISAE-SUPAERO Aérothèque! In the spirit of the M6 TV show, Romain Buquet, Professor of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and the team from ISAE-SUPAERO's #innovation and #entrepreneurship department organized a first-of-its-kind #businessentrepreneurial event: ⇾ eight “Made in ISAE-SUPAERO” entrepreneurs had the opportunity to pitch their project to a panel of investors: talented Business Angel Stéphanie Delestre (Volubile), Lucie Baillif (Baillif), Pierre Carli (Capitole Angels), Jean-Michel Darroy (Aerospace Angels) and Emma Ribes (IRDI Capital Investissement). To prepare for the exercise, our entrepreneurs had the opportunity to be trained on the mechanics of fund-raising by Aram Attar, the coach of the successful show. With some valuable and benevolent advice: "I have three values in mind that have carried me along: hard work, audacity and courage. If you can do all that, you'll be the best entrepreneurs and the best innovators. So don't give up, because the entrepreneurial life is really worth it!" - Stéphanie Delestre "The only limit is, don't go too far & take care of your psychological well-being" - Aram Attar The start-ups VIRAJ H2, ELDA Technology, TIDAV Aero, EMBRYA, SOLTEO, Nelson Mobility & Allergenius are passionately driven by ISAE-SUPAERO students and researchers in various fields, including low-carbon aviation, snow management in ski resorts, solutions for solar panel installers and electrification of corporate fleets.

The "Lanceurs d'étoiles" startup support programmeDiscover the “Lanceur d'étoiles” startup support program! Born of the association of thirteen national and regional partners, experts in DSA and Deeptech startup creation (academic institutions, national organizations, SATT, regional incubators and gas pedals) and brought together in a consortium, “Lanceur d'étoiles” aims to guide and help project leaders propel their innovative technologies through value-creating startups. The program is led and coordinated by Toulouse Tech Transfer on behalf of its partners, under the impetus of the University of Toulouse. Meeting with Joseph Risson, engineering student and winner of a scholarship for his Viraj H2 projectOn Friday, 8 December, the Swiss Jean-Jacques and Felicia Lopez-Loreta Foundation for Academic Excellence awarded a prize to Viraj H2, a project developed at ISAE-SUPAERO. Joseph Risson, a third-year engineering student, is studying a hybridisation between a hydrogen turboprop engine and a fuel cell in order to accelerate the decarbonisation of air transport. The €1 million grant will enable Joseph and his partner Paul de Goÿs to validate the technology behind their innovation.
