The Spaceflight Institute is the first institute dedicated to training in human spaceflight. In partnership with ISAE-SUPAERO, it offers an intensive training program that enables participants to gain a comprehensive understanding of the challenges of human spaceflight and to position themselves within a rapidly expanding ecosystem, marked by future lunar and Martian missions as well as the rapid emergence of commercial space stations and private initiatives in low Earth orbit.

In recent years, ISAE-SUPAERO has developed a range of services and comprehensive support for its project leaders (students, doctoral students, teacher-researchers, and alumni), earning it the title of incubator. It is in line with this support philosophy that the Institute currently hosts numerous startups that were created within its walls. Today we welcome Ugo Bonnet, CEO of the Space Flight Institute, a company that offers innovative training (in partnership with ISAE-SUPAERO) to future professionals in human spaceflight, whether on Earth or in orbit. Ugo Bonnet discusses the creation of the organization, its major successes, and its plans for the future.

On November 13, 2025, at the Cité de Toulouse, ISAE-SUPAERO will be taking part in a first-of-its-kind event, the “Occitanie Talent Marketplace”, which will bring together start-ups from the university world in the Occitanie region and talents & skills wishing to take part in an entrepreneurial adventure.

Discover the “Lanceur d'étoiles” startup support program! Born of the association of thirteen national and regional partners, experts in DSA and Deeptech startup creation (academic institutions, national organizations, SATT, regional incubators and gas pedals) and brought together in a consortium, “Lanceur d'étoiles” aims to guide and help project leaders propel their innovative technologies through value-creating startups. The program is led and coordinated by Toulouse Tech Transfer on behalf of its partners, under the impetus of the University of Toulouse. It is supported by the PUI UT Innovation, one of whose key actions is to stimulate the creation of deeptech startups through tailor-made support for project leaders.
