ISAE-SUPAERO, thanks to support from the ISAE-SUPAERO Foundation and aeronautics and space companies, has stepped up its actions to foster educational equity and better job placement for all.

The diversity program, OSE l’ISAE-SUPAERO – created in 2006 and awarded the Cordées de la réussite label in 2009, aims to promote and foster access to higher education for all and success through work.

The program targets middle and high school students from underprivileged backgrounds who have demonstrated academic motivation. The program has been designed to help these promising students define and succeed at an ambitious academic and professional project.

The program is run by volunteer ISAE SUPAERO students and is extremely rewarding for all involved.

Program actions focus on four main areas:

  • Geographic diversity,
  • Female/male parity
  • Equal opportunity for people with handicaps.
