Setting up a trial program to guarantee aircraft safety is as fascinating as strategic for the current aeronautical industry.

This program trains high level experts to the multidisciplinary skills required in the aeronautical field, especially in the Verification and Validation Process through flight testing activities.

The core program includes aeronautics systems management, materials for aerospace structure, propulsion, aerodynamics, aircraft structure, flight mechanics, human factors…

Moreover, the FTE major focuses on the tests led during aircraft and equipment development and certification. Knowledge and skills are put into practice during flight experimentations in order to acquire specific methods and technics.

Through a dozen of flights on 4 different aircrafts such as Robin DR400, Mudry CAP 10, SOCCATA TB20, bimoteur Vulcanair P68 Observer, you will explore climb and cruise performances, handling qualities, stall and spins systems evaluations.

You are managed by professional pilots and flight test engineers.

You are responsible for preparing the contents of the flight, ensuring the briefing, conducting the flight onboard, analysing results and presenting conclusions after each flight.
