SCHOLARSHIPS BASED ON SOCIAL CRITERIA

The campaign for applications for scholarships based on social criteria for the 2021-2022 academic year is open! The following information concerns students coming to Isae-Supaero for the first time in 2021-2022.

You have until May 15th, 2021, at the latest to assemble your DSE (Dossier Social Étudiant – Student Social Case File) and to apply for your scholarship on line at messervices.etudiant.gouv.fr for 2021-2022.

Please read the following information carefully so we can process your application as quickly as possible and under the best possible conditions.

STEP 1: GO TO MESSERVICES.ETUDIANT.GOUV.FR TO ENTER YOUR DSE (Student Social Case File)

Select your level of registration for 2021-2022 when entering your application:

- Choose level 1 on the DSE if you are registering for the 1st year at Isae-Supaero

- Choose level 2 on the DSE if you are registering for the 2nd year at Isae-Supaero

- Choose level 3 on the DSE if you are registering for the 3rd year at Isae-Supaero

STEP 2: YOU WILL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION E-MAIL FROM CROUS TOULOUSE-OCCITANIE WITHIN 48 HOURS SO YOU CAN VERIFY THAT YOUR CASE FILE IS COMPLETE

Once you have entered and validated your DSE, you will be sent an e-mail within 48 hours by Crous Toulouse-Occitanie confirming your registration.

STEP 3: IN RESPONSE TO YOUR APPLICATION, YOU WILL RECEIVE A CONDITIONAL SCHOLARSHIP NOTICE OR A REFUSAL NOTICE THAT YOU MUST KEEP UNTIL YOU ENROLL

Once your DSE is validated by Crous Toulouse-Occitanie, you will receive a notice (conditional or refusal) that you must keep to be transmitted to us during your on-line enrollment (see step 4) no matter what answer you received from Crous (attribution or refusal).

STEP 4: TRANSFER YOUR NOTICE DURING THE ISAE-SUPAERO ON-LINE ENROLLMENT PROCESS

If you are accepted as a student at Isae-Supaero, you will receive an e-mail in June to enroll on line, or in August if you are a CCMP student. When you enroll, you must transmit the notice (conditional or refusal) you received from Crous.

This point is key – without it we cannot process your application.

STEP 5: VALIDATION OF YOUR SCHOLARSHIP – IF YOU ARE A SCHOLARSHIP STUDENT YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR FINAL DECISION AND MUST TRANSFER IT BY E-MAIL TO dfi.bourses at isae.fr

After enrolling on line, if you had received a conditional attribution notice, we will validate your case file with Crous Toulouse-Occitanie. In this case you will then receive a definitive notice that you must transmit to us at dfi.bourses at isae.fr so we can finalize your case file.

IMPORTANT !

The sooner you assemble your DSE the better!

The sooner you file your application, the sooner your case file will be processed by Crous and the sooner we will be able to handle your registration properly (notably for an exemption from paying tuition fees and the CVEC tax).

Don’t wait to have a complete case file. You can always send in any additional documents later, for example a 2021-2022 certificate of school attendance for a brother or sister.

NOTA BENE !

Scholarship student status exempts you from paying the CVEC tax. But you still have to file a declaration and obtain an exemption certificate at https://cvec.etudiant.gouv.fr/

If you have paid the CVEC tax, you can request a reimbursement by presenting your definitive scholarship notice athttps://cvec.etudiant.gouv.fr/
Scholarship students are exempt from paying tuition fees so long as they can show the supporting document (notice of attribution) when they enroll.

If you have applied for a scholarship with your first preference going to a school other than Isae-Supaero and under the authority of a Crous other than Crous Toulouse-Occitanie, you will have to ask that Crous to transfer your case file to Crous Toulouse-Occitanie, which will then issue another conditional attribution to you. You cannot receive your scholarship until this transfer has been made. Caution, the transfer cannot be done until the original Crous considers your case file to be complete.
