ISAE-SUPAERO ANNUAL REPORT 2022 43 ISAE-SUPAERO ENSICA Alumni / Our ecosystems A committed association at the service of the ISAESUPAERO community Founded in 1911 and recognized as a public utility, ISAE-SUPAERO ENSICA Alumni brings together the graduates of ISAE-SUPAERO and its founding schools. It is a structured network of more than 28,000 graduates, 20,000 of whom are active in France and abroad. The association is a partner of ISAE-SUPAERO, as well as of the ISAE-SUPAERO Foundation of which it is a founding member. Its 3 mainmissions are tomanage the alumni network, to lead intergenerational solidarity actions and to contribute to the influence of the network and of the Institute. A network based on friendship and solidarity The association invests in the life of the Instituteby participating in thewelcomingof newstudents, class induction andgraduation ceremonies, by sponsoring the graduating classes, andby organizing class anniversaries aswell as convivial events and afterworks. Itmaintains a collaborativewebsite, provides digital andpaper directories of graduates, publishes the quarterly newsletter L’ISAEdre and a regular newsletter LesNousVAiles. During the2022graduationceremony, the associationalsoawarded theAssociationandSAE (SociétédesAmisde l’ENSTAet de l’ISAE-SUPAERO) prizes todeservinggraduatesand theMayouxDauriacprize, bequeathedbyour colleagueMaurice Mayoux, to rewardpractical achievementsby students in their final year of theengineeringcourse. Theassociationhasalsosupported ISAE-SUPAERO in thepromotionof itscourses, especiallyamong students inpreparatoryclasses. A dynamic career employment service In 2022,more than4,000 joboffers (including 70exclusives, directly fromalumni)werepublished by the network. The yearwas alsomarkedby the organization of professional coaching andmentoring sessions,monthly careerworkshops, conferences andwebinars on the theme of recruitment, andby an activepresence on the Facebook and LinkedIn social networks, alongwith thepublication of IESF’s detailed annual report on employment of engineers. — 2022 Highlights Presentation of the ISAE 2022 Community Commitment Award.
