18 ISAE-SUPAERO ANNUAL REPORT 2022 As part of the reorganization, the Engineering Training Division and the Masters and Specialized Master’s® Training Division were combined to form a single entity. The new Training Division (DF) is responsible for implementing the programs at the operational level, with a restructuring of departments to optimize the reception, integration, orientation and career paths of all student engineers and students. It must also work on the upgrading of programs and training at the structural level, inorder to remain inphasewith the expectations of professionals andnewbusiness orientations, such as cybersecurity for example. The DF is in its very first year of operation; the reorganization will be effective at the start of the 2023 school year. A single division for all training courses The application for renewal of accreditation was submitted to the Engineering degrees commission (Commission des Titres d’Ingénieur - CTI) on December 13, 2022 and the audit will take place at the Institute on March 7 and 8, 2023. At the request of the CTI and in accordance with the laws of 2013, 2015 and 2018, all courses will gradually evolve into the Skills-Based Approach. The three main areas of competence proposed by the CTI (acquisition of scientific and technical knowledge and mastery of their implementation; adaptation to the specific requirements of the company and society; taking into account the organizational, personal and cultural dimension) will serve as a basis for reflection and development of all engineering, MAE and Specialized Master’s® training courses in a skills-based program approach.
