The ‘Innover à l’ISAE-SUPAERO’ process was thus structured anddeployedby the Innovation andEntrepreneurship Department. The means implemented by the Institute in the pursuit of innovation were presented to the participants in the Institute's ecosystems and enabled multiple opportunities to be identified. ISAE-SUPAERO was thus officially recognisedas an incubator by integrating theReso IP+ network supported by the Occitanie Region. The main work carried out in 2023 involved structuringinnovationactivities. The ‘Innover’ process steering bodies were set up during the first meeting of the InnovationBoard, astrategic thinktankbringing together leaders working in the innovation field, I and thefirst innovation steering committeemeetings, which bring the Institute’s management together once a quarter to coordinate all innovation and entrepreneurship activities. The ‘Innovation and Entrepreneurship’ service was also developedandimplementedin2023. Itaimstosupport and encourage startups from ISAE-SUPAERO, from initial idea to prototype, to benefit from all the human and technical resources of the Institute (InnovSpace, flight test centre, wind tunnel, etc.). Priority is given to aerospace anddefenceprojectsaswell as social impactprojects. Nine innovative projects from the Institute are already hosted and supported at InnovSpace.
