Our medical service

A nurse from the inter-university preventive medicine and health promotion service (Simpps) comes to the school for telephone consultations with students. These consultations are by appointment only. If you would like to make an appointment, please contact your studies inspector.

Depending on your situation, you will be offered consultations and interviews, either remotely or on site, as well as advice and guidance.

Our social workers

Two social workers are available to help students. Their premises are located in the Maison des élèves on the 1ᵉʳ floor between the BDE and the medical service.

The social workers intervene to help students who find themselves in difficulty:

  • personal, family…
  • but also to help them resolve difficulties throughout the year in areas such as: resolving administrative difficulties (CAF, Social Security, mutual insurance…), resolving financial difficulties, administrative procedures and finding accommodation.

For MAE, Mastère Spécialisé® and doctoral students

Every day except Wednesday afternoon.

For engineering students (and in emergencies)

Every day except Friday afternoons.

Our disability correspondent

By appointing a Disability Advisor, the Institute is committed to facilitating the integration and success of students with disabilities.

The disability advisor provides individualised and confidential support for the students concerned and coordinates the monitoring of the adaptations required to ensure that their studies run smoothly, in conjunction with the teaching teams.

The Atouts pour tous agreement

To help disabled students enter the world of work, ISAE-SUPAERO has signed the “Atouts pour tous” (assets for all) agreement, which includes a portal listing internship and job offers from partner companies.

Engineering training

From the start of the 2019 academic year, the management and processing of grants based on social criteria have been transferred from ISAE-SUPAERO to the CROUS services.
