#THOMAS PESQUET, THE MAN IN SPACE: SPACE IS IN OUR GENES

NASA’s launch of SpaceX’s Crew Dragon 2 capsule from Kennedy Space Center in Florida on its way to the International Space Station carried French astronaut Thomas Pesquet of the European Space Agency (ESA). The six-month Mission Alpha will be his second spaceflight.

A 2001 ISAE-SUPAERO graduate, Thomas Pesquet symbolizes our community’s pride and is representative of the dynamics of European space research and collaboration in the Space conquest. Through its activities in training, research and innovation, ISAE-SUPAERO contributes to the progress made in the space age. Our ambition is to train the highest level of engineers who will bring their expertise, their professionalism, and their innovative spirit to this human adventure.
