OSE L’ISAE-SUPAERO diversity program: the annual meet of mentors

The OSE ISAE-SUPAERO diversity program organized their annual meet on 22 March 2018 mustered by a strong participation from 200 secondary and high school students. This was also an occasion to meet their mentors studded with emblematic personalities such as:
- Vincent Lecrubier, Runner’s up in World Kayak Championship;
- Ines Belgacem, Phd.Student in planetology
- Sophie, Helicopter pilot
- Matthieu Ponin-Ballom, Fighter pilot
- Thomas Pesquet, Astronaute at the ESA
After a convivial exchange and hearty lunch in the morning session, the entire afternoon was dedicated to the activities of the "Escape Game" and to the Robotics competition.
This event figures in one of the many organized all throughout the year with regular visits of the ISAE-SUPAERO students in the various educational establishments of Toulouse.
"Aside the indispensable insight into the careers in the field of Science, this Annual meet helps the secondary and the high school students to exchange in a very informal manner with the Alumni of ISAE-SUPAERO" underlines Claude Vabres, professor of Physics and Chemistry. He adds: "it is also an occasion to remind the students that if they wish to be successful in their goals, it is really important to be actively implied and sharpen their skills."
