ISAE-SUPAERO announces new partnership with ESA Academy to support future Master in Aerospace Engineering students

ISAE-SUPAERO is delighted to announce a new strategic collaboration with the ESA Academy, aimed at providing financial support for future students in the Master in Aerospace Engineering (MAE) program starting in September 2025.

This partnership strengthens ISAE-SUPAERO’s position as a leader in aerospace engineering education in Europe and reaffirms its commitment to training the next generation of aerospace professionals.
Through this collaboration, the ESA Academy will offer three prestigious scholarships to deserving students, enabling them to continue their studies and contribute to the development of the aerospace sector.
About the ESA Academy scholarship
This scholarship program aims to facilitate access to European space-related academic programs at higher education institutions. It covers tuition fees for selected students from ESA member states, associate members and Canada, to complement their academic knowledge and better prepare them for a space-related career.
Within this framework, the ESA Education Office is offering 3 scholarships to 3 students who will participate in the 2025-2027 edition of the Master in Aerospace Engineering.
Scope of the scholarship
The ESA Academy scholarship will cover the entire tuition fee for the duration of the program, subject to successful completion of the first academic year. This financial support will enable students to concentrate fully on their studies and take advantage of the rich academic and research opportunities available at ISAE-SUPAERO.
Eligibility criteria
To be eligible for this academic scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria on the start date of the academic program in September 2025:
- Be at least 18 years old on the official start date of the academic program.
- Be a national of one of the ESA member states, associate members or Canada: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovenia, Slovakia, Latvia, Lithuania, United Kingdom or Canada.
- Have confirmed their admission to the program for the start of the school year in September 2025.
- Not participate in the program as an incoming Erasmus student.
- Not to receive additional financial aid to cover the tuition fees for the university program.
- Accept the conditions set out in the ESA Academy privacy policy.
- Accept the conditions and guidelines of the academic scholarship.
How to apply
Eligible candidates will be contacted by e-mail to inform them of the application procedure.
Applications are open until April 27 at midnight (French time).
Priority will be given to:
- to students who demonstrate a strong interest in a career in the space sector.
- students who have never been sponsored by ESA.
- students who have less than 2 years’ work experience.
- students who should benefit more from financial aid.
- international students of various origins and nationalities.
