Available online :

The evolution of the space industry, with the advent of NewSpace* and the initiatives of new players worldwide, requires a strong positioning of the French NewSpace.

For this purpose, the first NewSpace conference organized by a collective of French space stakeholders (Alliance NewSpace France , ASTech Paris Region, CNES, GIFAS, 3i3s Europa, European Space Agency - ESA, Eutelsat, Geodesic, ISAE-SUPAERO, NewSpace Club, PARIS-SACLAY HARDWARE ACCELERATOR, SAFE CLUSTER and Toulouse 1 Capitole University) will be held on July 7 and 8, 2022 in Paris.

Indeed, Europe’s space ambition is firmly focused on these issues of the future. This was strongly demonstrated on the occasion of the Space Summit which took place in Toulouse on February 17 and in which ISAE-SUPAERO participated with a delegation of students.

In February, Bruno Le Maire, Minister of the Economy, Finance and Recovery, had just opened the CoSpace (conciliation committee between the state and industry in the space field) to 7 NewSpace start-ups (including Exotrail and U-Space, founded by ISAE-SUPAERO alumni); The NewSpace Conference therefore completes this scheme, and fits in with the initiatives taken by the Minister in this area, through this meeting that will bring together the entire French and European NewSpace ecosystem!

Industrialists, entrepreneurs, project leaders, investors, private and public sector custpùers, researchers, students, etc. Contribute and participate now in the large public consultation to enrich the event program and participate in the discussion on this major global issue! Let’s federate the space ecosystem together to make the French NewSpace a top 3 player in the world within 5 years! 🚀
