CVA Summer School : space transportation of the future
Available online :
In July, ISAE-SUPAERO will host 33 young Europeans from Seville, Madrid, Rome, Bremen, Lampolds, and Bordeaux, within the scope of the CVA Summer School program on the theme : "The future of European space transportation systems: needs, challenges and organization".
This program is organized within the framework of the city of Toulouse’s Presidency of la Communauté des villes d’Ariane (CVA) which brings together European cities, collectively called « Villes Ariane », and partner industrial companies working on European space transportation.
ISAE-SUPAERO is offering a program focused on future technologies related to new generation launchers for satellites and nano-satellites and on designing space systems for human exploration of the solar system.
The Institute is developing research and teaching activities in these areas. Research faculty will deliver courses in mechanical engineering, propulsion, GPS, design-conception and system engineering implemented in the space sector. The approach will be cross-disciplinary and fully-integrated.
Industrial firms, space agencies and research organizations will offer summer school participants the opportunity to work on projects of the future, attend classes and conferences.
