Consulting, what is it? For whom? For what?

Consulting is the art of inspiring customers to apply good practices to help them transform their organization and become more flexible.
Consultants always work in teams, providing answers to the complex problems facing companies: executing their strategy, steering their performances, optimizing their professional processes and making the right decisions at the right time.

Consulting involves sectoral skills (notably Aeronautics, Defense and Space, but also in the Public Sector, Agribusiness, etc.) and various professions that work together in a shared approach. For EY, an ISAE-SUPAERO partner and a major financial auditing and consulting firm, it seemed quite natural to work with the school as there are many common features and mutual contributions. From a sectoral point of view first of all, as EY is a major player in consulting and finance in the aeronautics sector.
