It aims to train: Entrepreneurs, startups, whose main activity is to industrialize and market a technologically innovative product Innovative project managers, intrapreneurs, whosemain activity is to lead technological innovation projectswithin large companieswith agile methods as they are applied in a startup Technological development and innovation managers, CTOs inchargeof technical innovation and technology deployment, whosemainactivity is to promote the use of new technologies as a growth lever within a company. Educational innovation: the Microlearning platform —In2022, ISAE-SUPAEROdeployeda new innovative digital teachingplatform, called “Microlearning”, developedwithin the Institute. It allows students and staff to accessNuggets, online educational micro-content on aeronautics, space andmuchmore. Microlearning is a fast andefficient learningmethod, presenting small amounts of information at a time. Each ISAEGroup institution (seepage41) developsmicrocontent for its own needs, andcanmake it available to other Groupmembers via theplatform. Nuggets can alsobe easily integrated into course scenarios using educational platforms such asMoodle. Themicrolearningplatform is a concreteexampleof the applicationof technological advances to teaching. Itwas designed tomeet the specific needs of students andcould become amodel for other higher education institutions.
