ISAE-SUPAERO ANNUAL REPORT 2022 33 ISAE-SUPAERO and the local innovation ecosystem Our pillars This newdynamicof innovationandentrepreneurshiphas beennoticedwithin the Toulouse innovationecosystem, withwhich the Innovation andEntrepreneurshipdepartment is forging close links. Star launcher program In2022, ISAE-SUPAEROtook part, alongwith 10partners from the Toulouse region (TTT / CNES / INP Toulouse / AerospaceValley / IMTAlbi /Nubbo /Université Fédérale Midi-Pyrénées / TBS/ONERAandUniversité Toulouse III) in thecreationof the Star Launcher program, whichaims to promote the emergence and development of deeptech startups in the Aeronautics, Space and Defense (ASD) sector in the Toulouse Academy. ISAE-SUPAERO plays a leading role in this. 6 of the 7startups supported in2022came fromits ranks. TACITADynamics proposes an innovative vibration damping solution, with applications in various sectors: space, defense, transport, portable tools, household appliances, etc. Thanks to “Energy Pumping”, theAirNES devicewill capture vibratory energy anddissipate it very quickly, thus significantly limiting the vibration amplitude of the system to be damped. This solution is protected by an ISAE-SUPAERO patent and was developed by Toulouse Tech Transfer. DYCSYT ( Dynamics andControl of Systems – Tools) develops the SDTlib software, which simplifies the design phases of flexible space systems and optimizes the attitude control performance of these systems. This software is the result of 15years of academic research at ISAE-SUPAERO incollaborationwithESA, CNES, ONERA, and industrial partners. MadeInTracker develops a reliable and transparent tracking solution connecting all product life cycle traceability solutions (labeling, IoT, AI, Blockchain, web3). The consumer application will inform consumers with engaging stories, and guide them if needed to verify sources in a funway. The platform relies on meteorological, satellite and drone data to provide a 3Dmap of the snow cover. HELIOSPHERE develops a wireless power transmission solution, combining a laser transmitter and a photovoltaic receiver, for the remote continuous power supplyof autonomous systems (drones, industrial robots, lunar rovers) and the deployment of mobile and agile electrical networks (military and humanitarian bases, lunar outpost). Alpha Impulsion develops a unique hybrid autophagic propulsion technology: in this technology, the solid fuel constitutes the structure, making it possible to dowithout tank and the usual multiple stages in a rocket.
