ISAE-SUPAERO ANNUAL REPORT 2022 19 Our pillars Graduation ceremonies are live oncemore Launch of the OSE INGÉ scheme MarieMarvingt Library: an place of knowledge and optimizedwork On December 2, 122 students from the MAE and 225 from the SpecializedMaster’s® were congratulated and graduated, in the presence of Benjamin David, Class of 2002-TAS, President of XSun. The ceremony was followed by awards, with the first presentation of the Jean Pierson LeadershipAward. The next day, 302 engineering students received their diplomas, honoredby the entire teaching staff and in the presence of Romain Moulin (S2004), founder and CEO of Exotec, the first French industrial unicorn. TheOSE inGÉscheme, launched inSeptember 2022 in collaboration with the OSE teamat ISAE-SUPAERO(seepage 13), aims tosupport youngwomenandscientificCPGEgrant-holding students up to the competitive entrance exams, by helping them to believe in their potential. 42CPGEstudents from3partner highschools in Toulouse have joined the scheme and are mentored by young ISAE-SUPAERO alumni. Immersion periods on the Institute and CREPS campuses allow them to exchange with theirmentor and toparticipate in various workshops. This program is supportedby the Board of Education, the Region, Airbus, Elior and the Dassault Systèmes Foundation. On October 4, ISAE-SUPAERO inaugurated its Learning Center, named “Marie Marvingt Library” in memory of this pioneer of aviation, anoutstandingsportswomanandadventurer, whose daring earned hermany nicknames, including “the bride of danger”. This newgenerationmedia library offers 2,700m² dedicated to knowledge, exchange and collaboration. It has a documentary collection of 55,000printeddocuments and 30electronic journal packages covering all areas of knowledge, withunique collections in the fields of aeronautics and space. The historical legacy andheritage of ISAE-SUPAERO have also found their place there. Themedia library also hasmanymodular rooms, offering a variety of working environments and methods. There is also a flexible training space, designed to accommodate teachingbut also to train students in bibliographic research and information issues. This newvery luminous and comfortablebuilding, with its well-kept furniture, is also a living area. Its terrace overlooking the Canal du Midi allows for both work and relaxation, and two modular spaces are available for conferences, workshops, training sessions or exhibitions. As ofOctober 2022, 13,000admissions and2,000 loans have been recorded, suggesting high attendance for this newheart of the campus.
