13 The ISAE-SUPAERO OSE equal opportunities scheme Created in2006, the “OSE l’ISAE-SUPAERO” equal opportunities scheme, awarded theCordéesde laRéussite label in2009, aims topromoteand encourageaccess tohigher education for all by encouragingsuccess throughwork. Thisprogram isaimedatmiddleandhighschool students from priorityneighborhoodsand isolated rural areaswho havedistinguished themselvesby theirmotivation. Theactionsarecarriedout voluntarilyby students andalumni who initiatemultipleeducational activities basedon their knowledgeandskills. 18middleschoolsand 14highschools in the ToulouseandMontpellier academiesarepartners of theCordéede la réussite. 4,000youngpeople reached, including 900through local support bymore than 250students, lecturer-researchers, staff and alumni. Theyear ispunctuatedbyacademicsupport, tutoring for studentswithdisabilities, discoveryof higher education, discoveryof the industrial and aeronautical sectors, scientificand technical, along withcultural andsportsworkshops. In2022, twocourseswill beofferedtopartner schools The“Campusau féminin”course for 120high school girls to: •Createaprivileged linkbetweenmiddle-high school and ISAE-SUPAEROstudents •Develop theactionandmobilizationcapabilities of schools •Raisegirls’ awarenessof scientificprofessionsand fight against stereotypes related to these fields TheOurPlanet course for 160middleandhigh school students to: • Raiseyoungpeople’sawarenessof environmental issues • Develop theactionandmobilizationcapabilities of schools •Seekamultiplier effect througheducation that prepares futurecitizens toadopt responsible behaviors. Quality of life at work and involvement The2022-2026COPreaffirmsasapriorityobjective thework on the fundamentals of the Institute, first and foremost the high level of involvement and the quality of life at work of thewomen andmenwhomake up the Institute. In2022, theInstitutedeployedandimprovedanumber of schemes inthisarea. Open-endedcontractualizationscheme Thanks to its transition to extended responsibilities and competencies, the Institutehas accelerated the rules for the appointment of its contractual staff, allowing the appointment ofmore than 70 agents by 2022. Telecommuting For several years now, the Institute has been implementing telecommuting within its teams and has continued to develop this working method in 2022 by simplifying the application process andmaking it more flexible. Telecommuting now concerns nearly 60%of the Institute’s staff. Qualityof lifeatwork The Institute has set up the MOODWORK tool to support its employees in their daily work. Thanks to a personal, anonymous and confidential space (web andmobile), this tool serves: to identify one’s factors of well-being and malaise through awell-being assessment; tounderstandandact onone’swell-being throughvarious resources (tip sheets, programs and conferences); tobe supported incompleteconfidentialitybywell-beingspecialists (coach, psychologists andsocialworker). Purchasingdepartment rewarded The PurchasingDepartment was awarded two trophies for “supplier relations” and “innovation” by the journal Décision Achats and the French government’s Directorate of Procurement, for organizing its first speed-meeting.
