Major energy performance improvements (administrative buildings, education, InnovSpace) were carried out within the tight time constraints imposed by the stimulus plan. Insulation, replacement of joineries, renewable energies, rework of all outdoor light fittings, etc. Theseworks also impacted the gymnasium and the swimming pool, whichwere equipped with thermal solar panels for the production of domestic hot water. Real improvements in user comfort and energy consumption are expected by 2023.
