Aérothèque Marie Marvingt

The “Aérothèque Marie Marvingt” is open to all:

 a very rich documentary collection in the scientific fields taught at ISAE-SUPAERO, especially in aerospace sciences, online or in paper format
 the main daily, weekly, and monthly press titles as well as a selection of leisure magazines related to aviation and sport, popularization of research, languages and general culture.

The “Aérothèque Marie Marvingt” is also a place where you can come to work alone or in groups, participate in our activities or discover an exhibition.

The “Aérothèque Marie Marvingt” puts at your disposal digital equipments: 2 loan automats, 16 computer stations (ISAE account required), 14 group workrooms bookable on AFFLUENCES, 2 printers, scanning and copying (1 in color), video conference in all group workrooms.

The ISAE-SUPAERO library is open to the public

Any person registered in the Réseau des Bibliothèques de l’Université Fédérale de Midi-Pyrénées can borrow from our libraries.

You are registered at INSA, ENAC, UT3, etc.: you can borrow from us. You can come and borrow from us. Before coming, make sure you have your account up to date, if you often borrow; otherwise, contact the library of your home institution.

 Lending Rules

Equipment loans for 24 hours: headphones, calculators.
On-site loans against the student card : various cables, markers/erasers

Return materials during library hours.

A NAVET SERVICE allows you to bring back documents borrowed in another library of the Archipel network and bring in documents from participating libraries. (INSA, INP, ENAC, UT1, UT3, INUC, MINES ALBI, ISAE-SUPAERO).

Upon presentation of proof, the following people receive free admission for 1 year:

• jobseekers or RSA beneficiaries,
• people with special needs
• people doing an internship in one of the network’s establishments (the duration of the registration will cover the duration of the internship),
• CNRS, INRA, INSERM, INRIA, IRD, EHESS, CHU of Toulouse,
• persons belonging to an institution that has signed an agreement with a member of the network (reciprocal agreements stipulate that the signatory institutions welcome in their libraries the students of all members of the network.

Interlibrary loan (ILL)

The ILL service allows you to request books or articles from other libraries when they are not in one of the libraries of the Toulouse university network.
The request must be sent by e-mail to peb at isae.fr (internal ticket desk).
ILL is a free service for our ISAE-SUPAERO users, public higher education institutions and public libraries with reciprocal free access agreement (in France).
Outside these cases, ILL is not free of charge (IFLA coupons accepted):
