The Industrial Engineering for Aeronautics and Space speciality engineering course is free of charge for work-study engineers, and the training is fully or partially funded by the host company ‘s OPCO (OPérateur de COmpétences). The RNCP code is 34 749.

 

The apprentice’s salary depends on his or her age and changes each year with the length of the contract and the training cycle. There is a legal minimum wage for each age bracket, which corresponds to a percentage of the SMIC in force on 1^st January of each year. In some branches, in application of the collective agreement, on which the company depends, pay may be higher than the legal minimum.
