Apprenticeship Contracts
The apprenticeship contract is a written fixed-term (CDD) or open-ended (CDI) employment contract between an employee and an employer.
It enables the apprentice to follow a 'sandwich course' in engineering at a company under the responsibility of an apprentice master and at a school under the responsibility of an educational tutor.

Funding
The Industrial Engineering for Aeronautics and Space speciality engineering course is free of charge for work-study engineers, and the programme is fully or partially funded by the host company's OPCO (OPérateur de COmpétences). The RNCP code is 34749.
The apprentice's salary depends on his or her age, and changes each year with the length of the contract and the training cycle. There is a legal minimum wage for each age bracket, which corresponds to a percentage of the SMIC in force on 1st January of each year. In certain branches, in application of the collective agreement, on which the company depends, pay may be higher than the legal minimum.

Partnership with Midisup
Our course is attached to the CFA MIDISUP, which manages the establishment and monitoring of apprenticeship contracts signed with companies. Its expertise and network are an additional asset to the success of this type of programme.
It also manages the Livret Électronique d'Apprentissage (LEA) to ensure the link between the school, the work-study engineer, and the company.
