The Aeronautical And Space Structures - AES Advanced Master, accredited by the Conférence des Grandes Écoles under n°287, enables students to develop expertise in the numerical calculation of advanced structures and to gain a knowledge of materials and their interference with the environment.
The aim of the AES AM is to train specialists in the design, optimisation, and certification of lightweight structures - engineers capable of mastering modelling methods and the analysis of aircraft and space vehicle structures in an industrial context.
This programme has direct links with research laboratories and aerospace manufacturers. It combines highly specialised scientific modules - particularly in the thermodynamics of structures and the qualification of structural materials - with project-based approaches. Some modules are carried out in teams, with deliverables directly linked to the certification of structures.
