Supporting ISAE-SUPAERO through corporate sponsorship means supporting the development of new skills and resources, future talent and innovative projects.
What is sponsorship?
Patronage is a form of support governed by a tax system that allows companies to deduct 60% of their donation from their taxable income.
Patronage chairs are unique in that they develop a mutual commitment over the long term, generally from 3 to 5 years, or even longer.
The sponsorship is based on sponsorship agreements or corporate chairs with the Fondation ISAE-SUPAERO.
Which projects should you support?
Together, we can build a sustainable project based on the challenges facing the school and your company.
Our corporate sponsorship supports projects based on training, research and innovation, which can be broken down into a number of actions, such as :
- setting up certificates and teaching modules on themes proposed by the Institute and its sponsors
- developing research projects
- theses
- scholarships for excellence, designed to attract the best French and international talent to all our programmes
- innovation and entrepreneurship initiatives
- social assistance for students.
More broadly, all of ISAE-SUPAERO’s areas of development and influence can be supported by sponsorship.
Sponsorship can also contribute to the development of infrastructure and to improving the energy efficiency of the campus.

The Fondation ISAE-SUPAERO is a partner of our sponsorship chairs and its mission is to support research and teaching at ISAE-SUPAERO through projects focusing on innovative teaching, international outreach, social inclusion and entrepreneurship.

Sustainable aviation
This sponsorship, research and teaching chair draws on ISAE-SUPAERO's expertise in flight operations optimisation and systems approach, and on the Thalès Group's expertise in flight avionics, connectivity and air traffic control.

The ISAAR Chair (Innovative Solutions for Aviation Architecture & Regulation) initiated by DAHER and ISAE-SUPAERO gives the Institute the opportunity to strengthen its high-level research activity in the design and certification of CS-23 category aircraft.

In 2013, ISAE-SUPAERO and Airbus created the CEDAR "Chair for Eco-Design of AiRcraft" with the aim of defining disruptive concepts for air transport by introducing innovative technologies right from the aircraft design stage. In 2019, they are renewing their partnership and taking up the main thrusts of previous years by integrating a more global approach to environmental engineering. The CEDAR Chair is thus helping to raise awareness and train future aeronautical engineers in the sustainable development of air transport.

Created in 2017 and renewed until 2027, this sponsorship partnership brings together AIRBUS Defense & Space and Ariane Group. The aim is to develop the study of future space concepts from a systems and architecture point of view, through research and teaching projects as part of the Space Advanced Concepts Laboratory (SAC LAB).

The chair signed in 2014 with AXA - Fonds pour la recherche for a period of 20 years is part of a strong desire to support research into human factors, in particular man-machine interfaces. The issues at stake include stress management and attentional capacities during difficult flight phases and unexpected situations.

The CASAC Chair, supported by the Neuroergonomics Centre at ISAE-SUPAERO, is backed by Dassault Aviation, which is affirming its commitment to the mastery of complex systems. The research focuses on theeffectiveness of human-machine cooperation.
