What does the Advanced Master bring you?

The Advanced Master’s program at ISAE-SUPAERO has been a transformative experience for me. Firstly, it has equipped me with a comprehensive set of skills in space applications and services, ranging from earth observation to space telecommunications. The program’s curriculum is designed to meet the demands of the fast moving space industry, and the hands-on projects have provided me with practical experience. Additionally, the network I have built here is invaluable. The program fosters connections with industry professionals, researchers, and fellow students, creating a collaborative environment. This network has opened doors to various opportunities, including an internship at Airbus Defence & Space in the field of environmental earth observation.

Why did you choose an Advanced Master at ISAE-SUPAERO?

I chose the Advanced Master’s program at ISAE-SUPAERO for several reasons. Firstly, the institution is renowned for its excellence in aerospace engineering and research. I mainly chose to enroll in this program with a specific focus on honing my skills in the domain of image processing, remote sensing, and earth observation applications and services.

The contemporary challenges facing our environment demand innovative solutions, and I am deeply passionate about contributing to the field of earth observation for environmental monitoring and sustainability.

Moreover, specializing in earth observation applications and services aligns with my commitment to leveraging technology for the betterment of our planet. I am particularly interested in exploring how satellite data can be used to solve pressing environmental issues, such as climate change, deforestation, and natural disasters.

This program not only equipped me with the technical skills required for these tasks but also fosters an understanding of the socio-environmental implications of such applications. The Advanced Master’s program at ISAE-SUPAERO was an ideal opportunity for me to acquire specialized expertise and stay ahead in the rapidly advancing field of space applications and services.

What are your professional objectives for the coming years?

Looking ahead, my professional objectives are driven by a passion for applications in space technology, specifically in the domain of earth observation. As a recent graduate of the Advanced Master’s program, my goal is to dive into the dynamic landscape of the space industry here in Toulouse in companies such as Airbus Defence & Space and Thales Alenia Space or space agencies such as the CNES and the ESA. In the short term, I’m excited about the prospect of joining a team where I can apply my freshly acquired skills to hands-on projects. I aim to contribute to innovative solutions that make a tangible impact, perhaps in areas such as climate monitoring or sustainable resource management. My objectives are geared towards making a meaningful impact in the field of earth observation, using space applications to contribute to a more sustainable and resilient future for our planet.
